StoneKastle Community Management is a privately held, full-service management company.   StoneKastle has a fresh and unique approach to property management.   We bring integrity, passion, and innovation to each community we manage.  

Our founder, Lori Yarborough, noticed that the property management industry is crowded with over-priced management companies that are inflexible and cannot think out-of-the-box.   She set out to change the industry by focusing on ways to reduce the cost of management services and improve the customer service experience that property owners and HOA Boards were receiving.

StoneKastle's model of community management includes cost effective practices, streamlined operational procedures and cutting-edge software and enabling technology solutions.   Furthermore, we also realize that what makes our company successful is the individual
community managers that work directly with the homeowners and Boards.   Therefore, we provide our community managers the best technology, training, and mentoring in order to make them successful and extremely effective.

Lori Yarborough is StoneKastle's founding President and is set to quickly grow this company.  Lori has over 20 years experience in the Community Management industry.  She spent her first four years at a medium sized management company in Torrance where she rose to Vice President of Community Management.  Next, she spent two years as an on-site manager for a 385 unit condominium complex where she learned what it takes to keep homeowners happy and engaged in their community.  Lori then moved on to a family run management company in the South Bay area where she spent 12 years and gained much hands-on community management experience working with multiple Boards and communities.  Prior to starting StoneKastle Community Management, Lori held the role of Director of Management Services for a large management company based in Irvine, California.  This extensive experience has provided Lori with the community management skills and industry relationships that she will leverage at StoneKastle.  Lori has been a member of California Association of Community Managers, CACM since 2001 and obtained her CCAM certification in 2001.


Karen Kokowicz, Executive Vice President, CCAM, CMCA, PCAM

Karen Kokowicz began her career in the community management industry in 1991 as a portfolio manager for a small management firm.  In 1994 she moved to a mid-size management company in the South Bay where she worked her way up to the position of Managing Partner of Operations.  From there she worked as on on-site manager for two luxury buildings in the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood area.   Karen holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and also holds the Professional Community Association Manger (PCAM) designation from Community Association Institute (CAI).  She obtained her PCAM in 1998 and is part of an elite group of managers, 1600 nationwide, that have earned the highest level of professional designation in the community association management industry.  Karen has been a member of California Association of Community Managers, CACM since 1994 and obtained her CCAM certification in 1996.
